Building Innovation: Who Gets Your Vote for the 2024 Future Leaders Award?
Posted By Christine Cube

Every year, NIBS takes pride in the built environment awards nomination and selection process leading up to the Building Innovation conference.

We have seven awards up for grabs (and two scholarship opportunities), and these decisions aren’t taken lightly.

Our awards committee carefully reviews and combs through every nomination packet.

Last year, the 2023 Future Leaders Award recipient was Zahra Ghorbani, BIM Manager in the Office of Physical Plant in the Department of Architectural Engineering at Penn State University.

The Future Leaders Award recognizes the next generation of leaders across the built environment. This award is given to an individual under the age of 35, whose innovative talent is driving the industry into the future.

2024 winners will be announced at the awards and scholarship luncheon on May 23, during Building Innovation. The meeting takes place at the Capital Hilton in Washington, DC.

The conference spans three days – May 22-24. Register now to join built environment professionals to explore case studies, groundbreaking strategies, and the latest tools.

The conference agenda now available.
