Brian Derby, P.E.

Mr. Derby has served as the NAVFAC Atlantic Criteria Manager for
Energy and Cybersecurity (Acting) since December 2025. In this role he
supports Tri-Service UFC reform, criteria development, and strategic
initiatives in energy resilience, cybersecurity, and digital modernization.
