Kelly Lloyd is the Web Content and Criteria Manager at NIBS and brings more than 20 years of experience working in the federal government construction criteria and specifications sector to the role. She has contributed her expertise to NIBS’ Whole Building Design Guide (WBDG) for over a decade and is responsible for maintaining its extensive Federal Facility Criteria library and works alongside subject matter experts in support of the WBDG’s guidance and resources libraries. Kelly’s areas of specialization include content management, database administration, document editing, graphic production, online layout, and HTML/CSS coding. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
