
Ken Alexander is the Senior Vice President of Business Strategies with the National Institute of Building Sciences.
Prior to his role at NIBS, Alexander was a Strategy Leader at Monitor Deloitte’s Government and Public Sector - Deloitte's strategy arm, where he spearheaded the development and strategy of the Center of Excellence for a multibillion dollar strategic transformation contract vehicle, generating substantial revenue and significantly enhancing the firm’s business development initiatives across various federal agencies.
With more than a decade of leadership experience in management consulting spanning both public and private sectors—including impactful roles with PwC and IPA Global—Alexander specializes in digital transformation, operations, program management, data analytics, business development, and change management. He also has supported capital projects and infrastructure clients, where he developed groundbreaking drone-powered solutions and led program management initiatives and benchmarking analyses for Fortune 50 companies.
Alexander holds a Master of Arts in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics. His diverse experiences also include positions with the United Nations and U.S. Peace Corps.
