Tony Massaro is a Graphic Designer with the National Institute of Building Sciences. A graduate of Penn State's School of Arts and Architecture, Tony has a Bachelor's of Design in Digital Multimedia Design. Prior to Penn State, Tony attended Harrisburg Area Community College, earning an Associate's Degree in Web Design and Development.
