DDSG Fall 2026 In-Person and Virtual Meeting

September 30, 2026 @ 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EDT

Overview

The Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) Digital Delivery Stakeholder Group (DDSG) will hold its Fall 2026 meeting both in-person and virtually across two days in September. This meeting will bring together transportation leaders, state DOT representatives, federal partners, and industry experts to advance the national conversation on digital delivery, open standards, and the future of interoperable transportation data.

These two full-day sessions are designed to maximize participation and collaboration in a hybrid setting. As with all DDSG meetings, this gathering is free and open to all interested parties, though registration is required. We hope you will join us.

What to Expect

During the hybrid stakeholder meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to receive updates, ask questions, and participate in discussions on the following topics:

  • Updates from industry organization members on digital delivery positions and activities at the international, national, and local levels.
  • Discussion of DDSG plans, upcoming workshops, schedules, and topics.
  • Updates on current research projects from FHWA and the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) relevant to the DDSG community.
  • Workshop on libraries and dictionaries, including the Central BIM Transportation Library (CBTL) and how it can support state DOT library needs, along with sharing of library and dictionary efforts at state DOTs and Pooled Funds.
  • A continuation of the Information Management Process Workshop from the Spring 2026 meeting, with updates from Arizona and Oklahoma DOT and sharing from other states on their IM Process standardization efforts.
  • Workshop on software and technology used by states with ADCMS grant-driven pilot projects, showing what works and what is still needed.

A detailed agenda identifying topics and speakers for each day will be posted on the DDSG Hub soon.
