Terry Cline is the Senior BIM & Digital Delivery Manager at Infotech (the contractor to AASHTO for AASHTOWare Project since 1985). Cline is a former Bentley employee, CAD Director, technology instructor at the University of Houston, has given presentations all over the globe and has worked in the AECO industry for the past 44 years.
