Alessandra Young is a Legislative Assistant with Representative Greg Stanton and a Climate Crossroads Congressional Fellow with the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine. In her role with Representative Stanton, she manages the environment, agriculture, public lands, civil rights, and judiciary portfolios, and serves as the staff lead for Representative Stanton’s bipartisan Extreme Heat Caucus. Alessandra graduated from the University of Redlands, California with a bachelor’s degree in Literature and Political Science.
