Blake Shiver

Blake Shiver is Vice President and General Manager of Public Sector at Procore Technologies, where he leads the company’s strategy to serve government agencies and infrastructure owners across federal, state, and local markets. In this role, Blake is focused on helping public sector organizations modernize capital planning, project delivery, and asset management through connected, data-driven construction platforms.

Since joining Procore, Blake has been instrumental in building and scaling the company’s public sector business, partnering with agencies, owners, and industry leaders to improve transparency, efficiency, and outcomes across complex capital programs. His work centers on aligning technology, partners, and delivery teams to better serve the unique needs of government construction, from compliance and reporting to long-term asset performance.

Prior to Procore, Blake spent over a decade at Red Hat, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including leading global cloud partnerships and serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Across his career, he has been a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, driving large-scale go-to-market transformations and strategic growth initiatives.
