NIBS
Mainor Bojorquez is a Senior Project Manager supporting Digital Technology initiatives at the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS). He leads infrastructure modernization programs focused on industrialized construction, asset management, facility planning, and technology-enabled solutions that help organizations improve infrastructure performance, reduce risk, and make informed investment decisions. His work supports federal, state, and local government clients in advancing resilient and sustainable infrastructure.
Prior to joining NIBS, Mainor served as Director of Program Operations, overseeing a multimillion-dollar portfolio of federal and state infrastructure projects. He has led multidisciplinary teams supporting organizations including NASA, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and state transportation agencies. A former U.S. Army Engineer Officer, Mainor brings extensive experience in infrastructure planning, facility assessments, program management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership.
Mainor earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Practitioner of Managing AI (CPMAI), PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, and ITIL professional. His unique combination of military leadership, federal infrastructure experience, and emerging technology expertise enables him to bridge strategy, operations, and innovation, delivering practical solutions to complex infrastructure challenges.
