Melanie Goff is an Events Manager at the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS), where she manages the planning and execution of NIBS conferences, webinars, meetings, and events. Melanie brings over a decade of experience in event management, client services, strategic partnerships, and business software through her roles at the Fusion Industry Association, Belmar Cloud Consulting, Kellen, National Journal, and Community Housing Partnership. She is a co-founder and chair of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the nonprofit organization Women Get it Done. 

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Political Communication from James Madison University.
