Rackley Wren is a Senior Associate with the Project Delivery team at the National Institute of Building Sciences. He supports initiatives that enhance project efficiency and technical standards across federal and private sectors. With a background in electrical engineering, semiconductor research, and power systems modeling, Rackley applies his technical and project management expertise to advance tools and methodologies that strengthen the nation’s building delivery processes.
Rackley holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Syracuse University. He is pursuing certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE).
