Prior to joining NIBS, Tracey held key roles at Michael Baker International, where she provided training and support for Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. She was selected as co-lead for the M365 Copilot adoption and enablement initiative, where she played a pivotal role in driving user engagement and advancing digital transformation across the organization.
