Turner Shrout is a Senior Associate supporting NIBS’ Project Delivery team. 

Prior to joining NIBS, Turner contributed to program management, instructional design, and technical evaluation efforts for energy-efficient technology adoption and building performance initiatives at D+R International, supporting clients including Bonneville Power Administration, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, and the DesignLights Consortium. 

Turner holds a Bachelor of Science in Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability from The Ohio State University.
