NIBS
Anne Law is the Sr. Vice President of Professional and Government Affairs with the National Institute of Building Sciences. With over 18 years of experience as a government affair professional, Law will develop and maintain productive relations with government entities at the federal, state, and local level to support NIBS Strategic priorities.
Prior to joining NIBS, Law was with the American Institute of Architects for more than eight years. She held key positions throughout her tenure, which include Director of State and Local Policy, Senior Director for Public Policy, and most recently, Managing Director for Public Policy and Federal Affairs. Law also spent over 10 years focused on federal appropriations, working for environmental nonprofit organizations and a lobbying and government relations firm specializing in federal community development policy. She received her Juris Doctorate from The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University and her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
Established by the United States Congress, NIBS’ mission is to serve the public interest by advancing building science and technology to improve the built environment.
