Cheryl Foley joined the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) in March 2025 as the Director of Marketing and Communications. She brings over two decades of versatile experience in marketing communications, event planning, proposal management, and executive support.

Cheryl has honed her expertise in marketing and client engagement through her roles at Michael Baker International, MTFA Architecture, Signature Financial Partners, Road Runner/Time Warner Cable, and NEXTEL. Her professional focus has included marketing communications, event coordination, proposal development, social media strategy, and compliance management.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the University of Mississippi.
