The Women in Construction (WIC) Conference is the Mid-Atlantic region’s premiere forum for education, professional development and networking for women in the build industry. The organization empowers women to continue to grow and achieve success in the community with a motto of: "By Women, for Women."​ 

Annual activities include a leadership and networking conference in Washington, D.C., periodic round-table discussions and fundraising on behalf of other mission-aligned organizations.

ACI is pleased to be hosting its ACI Concrete Convention in-person, in Dallas, TX, USA, on October 23-27, 2022. The convention will have a robust schedule that includes traditional in-person activities. Select programming will also be available on-demand to attendees who choose to participate remotely. Most committee meetings and all social events will be limited to in-person attendees.

The Women in Construction – West Coast Conference is designed for women in all fields and positions within the construction industry. It provides a forum for women to network, learn, educate, and share ideas. This is a one-of-a-kind conference on the West Coast providing educational panels, professional development, and networking for women in the construction industry. The conference has been planned by women leaders in the construction industry and is scheduled to be an annual event, changing venue locations each year to various western cities. The conference consists of panels on relevant topics in addition to female keynote speakers sharing their insights as women in the construction industry.

This event provides an opportunity for Owners and their partners to learn, connect, and share in a setting reflective of The COAA Way mindset.
