Zoe Bourne is a Senior Associate supporting the Digital Technology team at NIBS.   She applies her multi-disciplinary background focused on data management, building information modeling (BIM), and writing to support federal clients in integrating digital technology solutions. 

Before joining NIBS, Zoe interned at Arup as a BIM intern, supporting the planning and construction phases of New York state infrastructure projects.  She is passionate about supporting community development and building efforts on the local and state level, volunteering with DC and New York based organizations such as DC Parks and Recreation, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and the Coalition of Concerned Legal Professionals.  

Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science in business with a minor in mass communications and journalism from George Washington University.
